Money Back Guarantee Policy
All customers have the right to cancel their order at any time up until 14 working days after delivery if you find you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason.
Returns Policy You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day the goods (parts, accessories or trolleys) are received. Obviously have a go in the house with the trolley and see how it feels but please don’t take it out and have a few rounds then decide you don’t want a trolley. Or thanks its done the few rounds i wanted it for I’ll just have the money back. So this guarantee is subject to the goods being returned unused and packed as they were delivered to our address on the contact page.
We expect you to return the item at your own cost. We will ensure we make a refund to you within 30 days of receiving the goods.
You must notify us within 7 working days by email or fax or letter of your intention to return an item or items so we can give you any details of sending.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We will refund your original purchase price not shipping costs. Expample if ordering a golf trolley battery lead and find it is the wrong size and the battery lead has not been fitted or used then the return is simple by following the return policy and instructions set out.
We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly as possible. Once the trolley has been used it is subject to our warranty provisions. see below;

Your new Precision electric golf trolleys are covered by the full manufacturers warranty on any part including the charger. Our 5 star warranty can not be matched as we have a dedicated helpline, email helpline also the only support website allowing you to have your own access to instruction videos, download files PDF and maintenance videos.
Here are the details on your warranty if you ever need them. If you encounter a problem most things are usually simple issues so please use ‘ask support’ on the left menu where you will find a complete support facility online which should solve most issues, you can also leave a message with photos videos etc. : OR email direct on admin @ electricgolftrolley.net OR fill the contact form.
If you have any problem or something goes wrong in the first year then firstly we want to get you back on the golf course as quick as possible so our first resolve will be to go through a check list of simple diagnostics with you. Usually we can fix any problem and have you on the course straightaway.
If we diagnose you need a part we can send this to you by first class post with full instructions photos and sometimes video on how to replace. The Precision trolleys are designed with simple modular fitments and easy to replace parts. If for any reason this cannot be done we will arrange with you to post the trolley to us in a return to base warranty and if needed we can arrange collection and return for £9.99+vat at around original box size. We may need the faulty part first in order to process a warranty claim. If no fault is found then no warranty claim can be made making the return cost of the trolley from us to be covered by the customer. There is no new for old replacement policy within the warranty but a like for like replacement can be arranged.
The manufacturers warranty covers replacement parts which malfunction under normal usage. Precision electric golf trolley is warranted against manufacturing defects, faulty materials. IF no fault is found then we reserve the right to charge for work and return carriage. The following are excluded from the warranty. Accidental damage, customer misuse or neglect, Abnormal wear and tear, immersion in water, unauthorised modifications or unauthorised repairs, Faulty repairs by consumer or unauthorised agent The use of non original parts. Examples of customer mis-use of products: Water/liquid spilt over the item. Heavily knocked or dropped causing component damage. Knocked to degree where simple cable is disconnected only. The guarantee is subject to the following exclusions and conditions: Failure to follow battery charging instructions, including discharging a battery to lower than 9 volts. The trolley has to be maintained and the batteries carry a 6 month warranty and have to be cared for carefully running them completely down and out of power will damage the battery i.e. completely flat will void your battery warranty. note warranty for second hand items may be reduced see purchase page of item.
Servicing you require any service on the trolley e. Like putting your car in for a service . Parts purchased are not covered as a new trolley warranty and receive a three month warranty covered under normal usage and warranted against manufacturing defects, faulty materials. The following are excluded from the warranty. Accidental damage, customer misuse or neglect, Abnormal wear and tear, immersion in water,

Warranty Exclusions and Purchases Outside Mainland UK
Although we expect nothing to go wrong with your golf trolley we always have in stock a wide range of parts to cover any warranty issues if they arise. Please note outside UK we do not cover any postage costs from us or to you. Firstly we would diagnose any problems with you by correspondence email to resolve the issues if needed we may ask for any broken parts and or photos to be sent to us and replace the part or whole depending on needs, all postage costs including return postage from us are at your expense.
