Money Back Guarantee Policy

All Electric Golf Trolley Network customers have the right to cancel their order at any time up until
7 working days after delivery if you find you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason.
Returns Policy You have
the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day the goods (parts,
accessories or
electric golf trolleys) are received. Obviously have a go in the house
with the trolley and see how it feels but please don't take it out and have a
few rounds then decide you don't want a trolley. Or thanks its done the
few rounds i wanted it for I'll just have the money back. So this
guarantee is subject to the goods being
returned unused and packed as they were delivered to our
address on the contact page.
We expect you to return the item at your own cost. We will ensure we make a
refund to you within 30 days of receiving the goods.
You must notify us within 7 working days by email
or fax or letter
of your intention to return an item or items so we can give you any details of
sending.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We will
refund your original purchase price not shipping costs.
We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly as possible.

Purchases in the UK from full years warranty detailed below*
Your new Precision electric golf trolley it is covered by
the full manufacturers warranty on any part including the charger.
Here are the details on your warranty if you ever need them. If you
encounter a problem most things are usually simple issues so please use 'ask support'
where you will find a complete support facility online which should solve most
issues, you can also leave a message with photos videos etc. :

If you have any problem or something goes wrong in the first year then firstly
we want to get you back on the golf course as quick as possible so our first
resolve will be to go through a check list of simple
diagnostics with you. Usually we can fix any problem and have you on the course straightaway.
If we diagnose you need a part we can send this to you by first class post with
full instructions photos and sometimes video on how to replace. The
Precision electric golf trolleys are designed with simple modular fitments and
easy to replace parts. If for any reason this cannot be done we will arrange
with you to post the trolley to us in a return to base warranty if needed or you can bring it to us, whichever is
the most convenient for you, and if needed we can arrange collection and return for £7.99+vat. Obviously we may need the faulty part first in
order to process a warranty claim. There is no new for old replacement
policy within the warranty but a like for like replacement can be arranged.
The manufacturers warranty covers replacement parts which malfunction under
normal usage. Any breakages caused by accidental damage, commercial use are not covered.
The trolley has to be maintained and the batteries carry a 6 month warranty and have to be cared for
carefully
running them completely down and out of power will damage the battery i.e. completely
flat will void your battery warranty. * warranty for second hand or
'special discount' items may be reduced see purchase page of item.
Servicing you require any service on the trolley there will be no labour charge but a parts charge.
Like putting your car in for a service but without the labour costs.

Warranty Purchases Outside Mainland UK - postage is not covered.
Although we expect nothing to go wrong with your golf trolley we always have in
stock a wide range of parts to cover any warranty issues if they arise. Please note outside UK we do not cover any postage costs
from us or to you. Firstly we would diagnose any problems with you by
correspondence email to resolve the issues if needed we may ask for any broken
parts and or photos to be sent to us and replace the part or whole depending on
needs, all postage costs including return postage from us are at your expense.
