Money Back Guarantee Policy

All Electric Golf Trolley Network customers have the right to cancel their order at any time up until 7 working days after delivery if you find you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason.

Returns Policy You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day the goods (parts, accessories or electric golf trolleys) are received. Obviously have a go in the house with the trolley and see how it feels but please don't take it out and have a few rounds then decide you don't want a trolley.  Or thanks its done the few rounds i wanted it for I'll just have the money back.  So this guarantee is subject to the goods being returned unused and packed as they were delivered.
We expect you to return the item at your own cost. We will ensure we make a refund to you within 7 days of receiving the goods.
You must notify us within 7 working days
by email or fax or letter of your intention to return an item or items.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.  We will refund your original purchase price.
We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly as possible.

Warranty of your Precision electric golf trolley

We have a support section which gives information for FAQs and directions for full support for your electric golf trolley where you can read usual questions and answers about the Precision golf trolley, plus a customer review section which customers can submit independently their own reviews. We also have a golf blog where other peoples experience of their electric golf trolleys they have bought owned or used.

Purchases in the UK from 1st April 2010 have a 2 year warranty detailed below.

When you have bought your new Precision electric golf trolley it is covered by the full manufacturers warranty on any part this extends to the top quality battery and charger

Here are the details on your warranty if you ever need them.  If you encounter a problem please Email direct : at support@electricgolftrolley.net

If you have any problem or something goes wrong in the first year then firstly we want to get you back on the golf course as quick as possible so our first resolve will be to go through a check list of simple diagnostics with you.  Usually we can fix any problem and have you on the course straightaway.

If we diagnose you need a part we will send this to you by first class post with full instructions on how to replace.  If for any reason this cannot be done we will arrange with you to get the trolley to us or you can bring it to us, whichever is the most convenient for you.  Obviously we may need the faulty part first in order to process a warranty claim.

The manufacturers warranty covers replacement parts which malfunction under normal usage.   Wear and tear is excluded and any breakages caused by accidental damage, commercial use are not covered. Some parts do wear which are included, like batteries, tyres, these carry a 6 month warranty and have to be cared for carefully, e.g. running a battery completely down and out of power will damage it, i.e. (completely flat will void your battery warranty) other parts also like tyres and wheels due to wear are included.

The second year of warranty the only difference is we don't cover the shipping costs.  e.g. P&P for parts or delivery of the trolley you will be charged (mainland UK).  Parts & Fitting we pay for.

After 2 years if you require any service on the trolley in addition to the shipping costs there will be no labour charge but a parts charge.  Like putting your car in for a service but without the labour costs.

 

Warranty Purchases Outside Mainland UK - postage is not covered.

Although we expect nothing to go wrong with your golf trolley we always have in stock a wide range of parts to cover any warranty issues if they arise.   Please note outside UK we do not cover any postage costs from us or to you.  Firstly we would diagnose any problems with you by correspondence email to resolve the issues if needed we may ask for any broken parts and or photos to be sent to us and replace the part or whole depending on needs, all postage costs including return postage from us are at your expense.
