Delivery and shipping costs conditions tracking information
We always use a the same top quality delivery courier company, who insure and
ensure our goods are in good order. If you have any queries regarding
delivery or any questions please contact us for further information and
assistance.
Delivery Arrangements:
Damaged or defective goods:
Please ensure you check your electric golf trolley or any other goods for any damage or defects immediately on
delivery. We should be informed within 24 hours of any defective or
damaged items. The item/s should be sent back to us within 7 working days of receipt and
should be returned complete unused with its original packaging. If the goods are
found to be damaged or defective on delivery to you, you must inform the
delivery agent / driver that there is damage - please sign "goods received
damaged".
Cancellation
Policy
All Electric Golf Trolley Network customers have the right to cancel their order
at any time up until 7 working days after purchase assuming our guidelines for return of
goods is not infringed. (This is your online statutory right and we adhere to
the consumer distance selling regulations.) If you find you are not satisfied
with the goods for any reason please see our guidelines for return of goods;
Returns Policy You have
the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day the goods (parts,
accessories or
electric golf trolleys) are received. Subject to the goods being
returned unused and packed as they were delivered.
We expect you to return the item at your own cost. We will ensure we make a
refund to you within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
You must notify us within 7 working days by email
or fax or letter of your intention to return an item or items , and the reason for the return.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. Where you are
withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period. We will refund your original purchase price.
We have taken great care to illustrate our products as clearly as possible.
However, due to manufacturer changes to products, pictures shown may vary
slightly from the actual product.
Payment Protection Policy
What is Significantly Not as Described (SNAD)?
An item is Significantly Not as Described if it is materially different from
what the seller described in the item listing. Here are some non exhaustive
examples:

You received a completely different item. For instance, you
purchased a book and received a DVD or an empty box.

The condition of the item was misrepresented. For instance,
the listing said “new” and the item was used.

The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.

The item is missing major parts or features that were not
disclosed in the listing.

You purchased 3 items from a seller but received only 2.

The item was damaged during postage.
An item is not Significantly Not as Described (SNAD) if it is
materially similar to the seller’s description. Here are some non exhaustive
examples:

The defect in the item was correctly described by the
seller.

The item was correctly described but you didn't want it
after you received it.

The item was correctly described but did not meet your
expectations.

The item has minor scratches and was listed as used

Distance Selling Regulations Definition:
The regulations cover distance contracts for goods and services made between
suppliers and consumers. Business to business contracts are not covered. A
distance contract is one where there has been no face to face contact between
the consumer and a representative of your business, or someone acting indirectly
on your behalf, such as in a showroom or a door to door sales person, up to and
from the moment that the contract is concluded.

Your new Precision electric golf trolley it is covered by
the full manufacturers warranty on any part this extends to the top
quality battery and charger.
Here are the details on your warranty if you ever need them. If you

If you have any problem or something goes wrong in the first year then firstly
we want to get you back on the golf course as quick as possible so our first
resolve will be to go through a check list of simple
diagnostics with you. Usually we can fix any problem and have you on the course straightaway.
If we diagnose you need a part we will send this to you by first class post with
full instructions on how to replace. If for any reason this cannot be done we will arrange
with you to get the trolley to us or you can bring it to us, whichever is
the most convenient for you. Obviously we may need the faulty part first in
order to process a warranty claim.
The manufacturers warranty covers replacement parts which malfunction under
normal usage. Any breakages caused by accidental damage, commercial use are not covered.
Batteries carry a 12 month warranty and have to be cared for
carefully
running them completely down and out of power will damage the battery i.e. completely
flat will void your battery warranty.
Servicing you require any service on the trolley there will be no labour charge but a parts charge.
Like putting your car in for a service but without the labour costs.
Warranty Purchases Outside Mainland UK - postage is not
covered.
Although we expect nothing to go wrong with your golf trolley we always have in
stock a wide range of parts to cover any warranty issues if they arise.
Please note outside UK we do not cover any postage costs from us or to you.
Firstly we would diagnose any problems with you by correspondence email to
resolve the issues if needed we may ask for any broken parts and or photos to be
sent to us and replace the part or whole depending on needs, all postage costs
including return postage from us are at your expense.
