have bought owned or used.
Assembling the golf trolley
- See photos below.
- Remove all packaging and lift out all parts including
trolley, wheels, battery, manual, charger/tool bag, brush
off any packaging debris. (Sometimes the control box/battery
tray lid can be loose due to transporting it needs to be
pressed home for battery to sit on).
- Always remember to charge the battery for
24 hours OR
until the charger indicates a green light before use.
- Tilt the golf trolley to the side and insert wheels
making sure left and right wheel are placed on their correct
sides.
- Lift lateral support arms and lock lugs in and up home
into slots in main central frame.
- Place battery on battery tray and plug-in to socket.
Please note we have designed the trolley not to screw the
battery lead as occasionally problems were happening because
the battery was taken away without unscrewing the lead,
resulting in damage.
- Erect last part of main frame by keeping lever pressed
until fully opened and allow clip to catch in with slots
from No.3
- With the upper support pulled down your Precision golf
Trolley is ready to go.
Maintenance
- As stated in the manual we recommend
keeping your trolley dry, clean and lubricated especially off the axle and
inner moving wheel parts. This should be done depending on amount
of use and at least every month.
- Battery charge -
DON'T run the battery down too low, once used for
your round put on charge until charger is green lighted.
- Try to store your golf trolley in a dry
place.
- We always recommend keeping debris
off the trolley to stop moisture being trapped.
- We would recommend putting light
household oil a few drops on the axle to keep it lubricated
and sealed.

How often
should I charge the electric golf trolley battery
Charging the electric golf trolley battery; Remember never to run
the
battery fully down and out. Our golf trolleys have a warning system and self
diagnosis which will warn you if your battery charge is becoming too low. If you
persist on running the trolley with the battery low the trolley will
eventually start to slow down - this is too late! - you have damaged the battery and
voided your battery warranty. As a result of running the battery out it
will not be able to take its proper full charge
as specified. This action will damage most batteries and it will only be capable
of a small percentage of the running time it should have.

Power lights on the electric golf trolley explained
If the battery is fully charged, all three lights should be on
with the golf trolley at rest, this indicates full charge. It can be
quite normal for the battery to show a lower power on use as the power in the
battery is being used in motion. When the trolley battery at rest indicates a permanent two lights (red -low & orange - medium) this means
you have 50% power left and should be careful. If the trolley gets to only
one light showing at rest, you are on low reserve power and we don't recommend
running, unless you have to.

Storing your golf
trolley for winter storage
Winter storage - It is advisable to
store your battery after a full charge, remove from charger and store in a warm
dry place you should give the battery another full charge and then every 3
months. The trolley should be stored clean, dry, lubricated and in a dry place.

Removing the Golf trolleys wheels
CAUTION: To remove the wheels rest the golf trolley where it is well supported and
won't fall. Golf Trolley wheels; Like most mechanical assemblies stressing them in
the wrong environment can cause damage! Be careful on the course especially when
the weather has been dry for a while, make sure you clean and lubricate the
inside of the wheel where there are moving parts. Our electric golf
trolley is designed for normal use and is built strong for over-stressing.
