Is the golf swing being taught too technical?
Today many coaches are falling into the trap of teaching too technically. This is called a trap because, when a golf student is first learning the coach has to start somewhere within the instruction process. Think about it - one of the first things taught is the grip. How do you teach someone without sounding technical - its not easy!
What happens next is the coach then goes from stage one to stage two adding the next move. Both the student and teacher end up thinking techincally about the swing because that is all that has been talked about and all the student has ever known. Check out JCs video for a laugh.
