Purchases in the UK
When you have bought your new Precision electric golf trolley it is covered by
the full one year manufacturers warranty this extends all the
trolley parts components, accessories and also to the top
quality battery and charger. See our PDF download page for battery

Our commitment to the warranty is second to none and you will always know we are
here should the unexpected and rare occurrence of a fault developing with your
trolley. Our commitment to our customers and speed to resolve any issues
they have is our top priority. Fortunately any faults are unusual which
means we can process your concerns straightaway. Unlike horror stories we
have heard from those warehouse importers who are not dedicated golf trolley
suppliers selling cheap copies of trolleys.
What is covered;- Keep to the guidelines of the manual; Any battery issues in
the first year, any control issues, battery wiring, (not fuses),
Not covered;- blown fuses, accidental damage to trolley or accessories damages,
(although we try our best to accommodate any issue), wear and tear.

we want to get you back on the golf course as quick as possible so our first
resolve will be to go through a check list of simple
diagnostics with you. Usually we can fix any problem and have you on the course straightaway.
If we diagnose you need a part we can send this to you by first class post with
full instructions to replace. If this cannot be done we will arrange for
you to take the trolley to us, if you can send the golf trolley to us directly,
whichever is
the most convenient for you, this is a return to base warranty where you are
responsible for returning to us. If we find we cannot fix your trolley we will
replace like for like to make sure you are not without as soon as practically
possible. Obviously any usage of the trolley means a full refund can not
be granted.
The manufacturers warranty covers replacement parts which malfunction under
normal usage. Any breakages caused by accidental damage, commercial use or undue care are not covered.
Batteries carry a 12 month warranty and have to be cared for
carefully
running them out with our guidelines will damage the battery i.e. down and out completely
and void your warranty.

Purchases Outside Mainland UK - postage is not covered.
Although we expect nothing to go wrong with your golf trolley we always have in
stock a wide range of parts to cover any warranty issues if they arise. As
our warranty is normally serviced by email and remote support we only cover UK postage
back to you. Please note outside UK we do not cover any postage costs
from us or to you. Firstly we would diagnose any problems with you by correspondence email
to resolve the issues if needed we may ask for any broken parts and or photos to
be sent to us and replace the part or whole depending on needs, all postage
costs including return postage from us are at your expense.
Please note:
Obviously any usage of the trolley means a full refund can not be granted unless
at our discretion we have an option to deduct pro-rata rental costs to your
refund in special cases.
