CAUTION Trolley Battery charging - Remember never run the battery fully down and out.  This will damage most batteries, you will then find the battery capable of only 14 holes.

CAUTION Golf Trolley front wheel  - Like most mechanical assemblies stressing them in the wrong environment can cause damage!  Be careful on the course especially when the weather has been dry for a while.  The likes of rabbit holes, kerbs, large stones and rutted paths, etc, where the electric golf trolley can suddenly be stopped on its front wheel by hitting those objects.  With the weight and momentum of both the golf trolley, golf bag and drive power, can cause serious damage to the front wheel assembly, resulting in possible fracture of trolley parts.  This type of damage is not covered by warranty!

When I plug my battery into the the lead on the golf trolley the motor runs at full speed? ANSWER;  you have most likely plugged into the wrong lead make sure you #Plug the battery (white) connection into the white socket.  The two black connectors stay connected always.

How often should I charge the electric golf trolley battery - A full charging cycle is recommended before each use, this will prolong the life of the battery.  The battery is best kept on charge if not in use, when fully charged the charger uses a trickle charge to keep your battery at an optimum state for full use.

 

My electric caddy won't do 18 holes - It is usual to blame the battery straight away, but this is not always the case.  There are a number of things which could affect the performance of a trolley, from power controller, charger, motor and battery.  We recommend getting contacting us before assuming it is the battery at fault.

Storing your caddy - Winter storage  - It is advisable to store your battery after a full charge, remove from charger and store in a warm dry place you should give the battery another 6 hour full charge each month.  The caddy should be stored in dry place.

Changing the electric controller  We recommend sending the trolley back for warranty work.  If you feel comfortable changing a controller over then proceed us follows.  1.  make sure the battery is disconnected.  2.  Unscrew the two holding screws.  3.  remove leads and print the photo to see how it should be connected
